I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of experience in nursing. I currently specialize in working with adult patients navigating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more.
I have a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life and find joy in learning from diverse cultural experiences. I believe that every individual is unique and has the capacity for growth and self-actualization. When possible, I include patients in decision-making to create more collaborative, empowering, and effective care.
